PALMER – At a Special Board meeting today, the MEA Board of Directors passed a motion to proceed with General Manager Wayne Carmony’s termination for-cause, and placed him on immediate paid administrative leave pending further Board action.
According to Board President Lois Lester, Don Zoerb, Assistant General Manager at MEA, has been designated the acting general manager until further notice.
The Board’s search committee is actively working to find an interim General Manager.
