When applying for service, it is necessary to have certain information ready before applying. Such information includes:
- Applicant's Name
- Mailing Address and Service Address
- Location of Property
- Daytime and Night-time Phone Numbers
- E-mail Address (if applicable)
- Place of Employment
- Social Security Number of Applicant (and Co-Applicant, if applicable)
- Meter Number
- Landlord Name and Phone Number (if applicable)
