A member of MEA's Board of Directors, Larry Devilbiss was elected Mat-Su Borough Mayor on Tuesday, January 11, 2011. Mr. Devilbiss is a District Director for MEA, serving the Matanuska District, including Palmer and North up the Glenn Hwy to the Matanuska Glacier and all areas East to the Knik Glacier.
