Shirley Novak from Sutton submitted the following salmon recipe:
2 cans of Salmon (or the equivalent)
8 oz cream cheese
liquid smoke to taste
finely chopped onion
lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce
Mix together, form into a ball then roll in chopped walnuts. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
“I’ve shared this recipe with all my co-workers (Shirley works in MEA’s Accounting Department). It’s one
of those recipes that gets passed on from friend to friend,” Shirley said. “All of the ingredients can be either
increased or decreased based on individual tastes.”
