Reminder: Request Your Mail-In Ballot by March 13 for MEA’s 2026 Board Election

MEA members who wish to vote by mail in the upcoming April co-op election must request a mail-in ballot no later than March 13.

As part of MEA’s continued transition to primarily electronic voting, members will receive online voting access through their SmartHub account when the election opens on Friday, April 3. Members who prefer to vote using a paper ballot must take action to request one.

📬 How to Request a Mail-In Ballot

Members can request a paper ballot in one of two ways:

-Call Member Services at 907-761-9300 to request a mail-in ballot
-Log in to your SmartHub account and click the "Request Mail-in Ballot" icon

📬Mail-in ballot requests must be submitted by March 13. Missed the deadline? Members may still vote in person at the Annual Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April28 at 6:00 p.m. at the Glenn Massay Theater. Doors will open at 5:00 p.m.
